Why Nigerians should shun Sowore’s protest – Okorocha son-inlaw, Nwosu

The governor candidate on the Action Alliance (AA) platform in Imo, Uche Nwosu, urged Nigerians to reject the RevolutionNow protest call saying that it is capable of causing an uncontrollable crisis in the country.

Now advised in an interview with journalists in Abuja on Friday while reacting to the protest organized by Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Alliance Congress, AAC, reports NAN.

He asked President Mohammadu Buhari for support of all Nigerians by contributing their quotas, instead of embarking on a revolution. “The revolution is not suitable for the country. What we need is to support the President.

“What revolution are you talking about, an epoch where? Do you understand what the revolution is about? Do you know the implications of the revolution? Do you know the result?

“The revolution is not what the country needs right now. What we need is to support the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Whatever you think would contribute to the development of the country, why don’t you leave it and present it to the President? They will add it to what they have and the country will move forward,” he said.

According to him, if someone believes that there is a place that the current administration has not done well, suggestions should be made on the way forward.

“I think it’s bad advice for anyone to give someone to go to this protest or what is called a revolution. It is not the best for us now.

“No one can honestly say that the President has not had a positive impact on the economy and security of the country since he arrived on board,” he said.
