The IPOB members allegedly attack the Catholic priest for disobeying the order to sit at home

Individuals associated with being individuals with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Thursday, assaulted a Catholic Priest, recognized as Rev Fr Festus Eziamaka, for wandering out of his home on the multi-day they had pronounced as sit-at-home.

“He was assaulted and shot by IPOB individuals who had proclaimed no-development today. They shot near his eyes and beat him up. His vehicle was gravely harmed. Say thanks to God; he was raced to Teaching Hospital. The specialists quickly took him to the theater.”

The cleric said that his partner was reacting to treatment and was in a steady condition and that there was no motivation to be apprehensive for him.
