RevolutionNow is Southwest conspiracy to overthrow Buhari – Northern coalition

The Northern Groups Coalition, CNG, accused the Southwest on Wednesday of trying to overthrow President Muhammadu Buhari through the RevolutionNow protest called by the former presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore.

CNG said RevolutionNow was a Southwestern conspiracy, so the Northerners refused to participate in the protest. Recall that the Department of State Services, DSS, had arrested Sowore over the weekend for calling the protest.

Despite his arrest, the protest took place in some states across the country.

However, CNG spokesman Malam Abdul-Azeez Sulaiman explained in a statement that the group’s decision not to be part of the revolution now marches across the country was because “the North will not be part of any international conspiracy supported by Western Westerners to destabilize the country. ”

The statement says: “It is quite unfortunate that the Southwest, which has been the main beneficiary of the Buhari administration, is also at the forefront of efforts to discredit and tear it down by all means.”

This can be seen in the way in which most political, cultural, religious and traditional leadership strongly opposes the government with its open support for the call for the violent overthrow of the Buhari government by the #Revolutionow organizers.
