NDDC Writes IG, Calls for Prosecution Of Failed Contractors

The performing Managing Director of the Niger Delta Construction Fee, Kemebradikumo Pondei, has petitioned the Inspector-Basic of Police, Mohammed Adamu, calling for the arrest and prosecution of contractors, who refused to execute contracts that they have been paid for.

The NDDC MD signed the petition, dated July 29, 2020.

Pondei within the letter forwarded to the IG reminded him about some paperwork when it comes to the alleged contract rip-off within the company, lately being treated by means of the police division of operations.

Titled, ‘Re: Forwarding of paperwork in appreciate of ongoing investigation’, the petition said that the NDDC had hooked up recent paperwork that would help the police within the probe.
