Jonathan’s ex-aide, Omokri reacts to Adeleke’s victory at Appeal Court

Reno Omokri, the previous assistant to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has responded as Court of Appeal put aside the April 2, 2019 judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Bwari, which prior voided Senator Ademola Adeleke’s bid for the 2018 governorship decision in Osun State.

GISTOK had announced that Justice Othman Musson of the FCT High Court had voided Adeleke’s office because he was not qualified. The administrator was said to have been in control of an invalid auxiliary school endorsement.

In any case, a three-person board of the court held in a consistent judgment on Thursday, that the FCT High Court wasn’t right to have presumed that Adeleke did not finish Secondary School and that he made false portrayal as respects his instructive capability.

The lead judge, Justice Emmanuel Agim, blamed the preliminary court for expecting purview over the case documented by Wahab Raheem and Adam Habeeb outside the 14 days recommended for pre-race cases by the constitution.

Omokri said he anticipates the All Progressives Congress, APC, to advance the decision at the Supreme Court. The former Presidential assistant, notwithstanding, communicated trust that Adeleke would win at the peak court.

He tweeted: “I compliment Senator Ademola Adeleke @IsiakaAdeleke1 on his triumph at the Appeal Court. I’m sure the @OfficialAPCNg will interest the Supreme Court, and I am confident that he will likewise win there. “The triumph of malevolence over great must be fleeting #FreeLeahSharibu #RenosDarts.”
