INEC reveals next line of action after Supreme Court nullified APC victory

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has responded to Friday’s Supreme Court administering which invalidated the triumph of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the last broad decisions in Zamfara State.

GISTOK reports that decision APC today lost its offer to administer Zamfara State for the following four years as the Superior Court decided that it didn’t substantial direct primaries in the 2019 general races.

Likewise, the summit court approved the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Sokoto Division, which gave the decision that the APC in Zamfara State led no substantial primaries.
