The announcement read in full, “Government has gotten a few petitions against the exercises of experts connected by the Owerri Capital Development Authority

(OCDA) since a previous couple of years. With this impact, Government, therefore, coordinates the suspension of all consultancy courses of action by the Authority until further notice.
