How Judge Who Handed Diezani To EFCC For Prosecution Died

Valentine Ashi, a judge of the government capital domain high court in Abuja, is dead. The judge kicked the bucket at an emergency clinic in Abuja on Thursday. He purportedly endured a liver affliction.

As indicated by a court official, the judge’s family educated the court about his passing on Friday.

The judge increased open acknowledgment in December 2018 after he requested the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC),

the Department of State Services (DSS) and other security offices to capture Diezani Alison-Madueke, previous pastor of oil assets, inside 72 hours.

He issued a warrant for Madueke’s capture to empower the EFCC to secure and summon her for supposed monetary violations in Nigeria.

In 2014, Ashi had additionally banned the distributing of previous President Olusegun Obasanjo’s personal history, My Watch.
