A 42-year-old guy, Christian Obi on Friday used to be attempted for allegedly being in ownership of 80 items of already sewed military camouflage uniforms.
The defendant used to be attempted on a fee of illegal ownership prior to an Ebute Meta Leader Magistrates’ Courtroom in Lagos.
Police prosecutor, Insp. Doney Raphel, informed the court docket that the defendant dedicated the offence on July 5, alongside Olojo Power, Ojo.
He alleged that the defendant used to be present in ownership of 80 items of already sewed military camouflage uniforms and may just no longer give a resounding reaction when interrogated.
The offence contravenes Phase 330(d) of the Legal Regulation of Lagos State, 2015, NAN reviews.
