Acting CJN Tanko Mohammed’s age falsification suit: What happened in court on Friday

An Abuja High Court has fixed Friday, May 31, 2019, for judgment in a suit documented by one Tochi Michael, blaming the Acting Chief Justice for Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed, of age deterioration.

Equity Danlami Senchi fixed the date, following the disappointment of the offended party and his advice to show up under the watchful eye of the court, after document their procedures.

In the beginning, gather with suit No. FCT/HC/BW/CV/79/2019, recorded under the steady gaze of the court in April, the candidate claimed that the CJN purposely adulterated his date of birth.

Michael asserted that the CJN adulterated his date of birth from December 31, 1950, as contained in the entirety of his official records including that of WAEC to December 31, 1953, upon his arrangement as a legal officer.

The offended party and his guidance have, in any case, fizzled for the second time, to show up under the steady gaze of the court to substantiate their claim.
